Our Services
Injury Rehabilitation Program
Our rehabilitation program enables individuals of all ages to maintain or return to their daily life activities, fulfill meaningful life roles and maximize their well-being.
Pain Management
Following a comprehensive assessment to understand the nature and impact of the pain you are experiencing, our pain therapy can help you with gradually returning to activities that are important to you.
Ergonomic Assessment & Advice
An ergonomic assessment, also called an ergonomic risk assessment, is an objective measure of the risk factors in your home and/or work environment that may lead to musculoskeletal disorders or injuries among your workforce.
Rehabilitation And Injury Prevention
Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is important, but so is learning to do it in a safe way. Preventing injuries while exercising can help you stay on track and be at your best.Physiotherapy can be useful when recovering from an injury.
Physical Therapy For Seniors
Our physical therapy program is specifically geared toward older adults and their unique issues and challenges. We takes into account that older adults tend to become less active over time, experience a decrease in muscle strength, coordination, and reaction timing, and have a lower tolerance for physical activity.
Sports Injury Assessment
During the assessment, we conduct a physical exam. This involves checking for any bruising, contusions, inflammation, or misalignment. They’ll assess joint mobility, ligaments and tendons, muscle strength, flexibility, and other related parameters.
Infrared Radiation Therapy
With Infrared Radiation Therapy, we help patients manage their acute or chronic pain. Infrared light, having a longer wavelength has the ability to get below the skin layers and provide a much greater depth. It can penetrate the inner layers of the skin up to a depth of 2 to 7 centimeters.
Exercise Therapy/Active Recovery
The development of a meaningful and appropriate home or gym exercise program is key to a successful recovery. All of our physiotherapy treatment plans include an exercise component to enhance the benefits from each treatment session so your gains continue outside the clinic.
