Egronomic Assessment & Advice

An ergonomic assessment, also called an ergonomic risk assessment, is an objective measure of the risk factors in your home and/or work environment that may lead to musculoskeletal disorders or injuries among your workforce.

Rehabilitation And Injury Prevention

Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is important, but so is learning to do it in a safe way. Preventing injuries while exercising can help you stay on track and be at your best.Physiotherapy can be useful when recovering from an injury.

Physical Therapy For Seniors

Our physical therapy program is specifically geared toward older adults and their unique issues and challenges. We takes into account that older adults tend to become less active over time, experience a decrease in muscle strength, coordination, and reaction timing, and have a lower tolerance for physical activity.

Sports Injury Assessment

During the assessment, we conduct a physical exam. This involves checking for any bruising, contusions, inflammation, or misalignment. They’ll assess joint mobility, ligaments and tendons, muscle strength, flexibility, and other related parameters.

Manual and Manipulative Therapy

The “hands-on” part of physiotherapy! This is where we physically assess muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and joint issues, as well as nerve-related pain that can result from work, car or sports accidents, or post-surgical limitations. We treat what we find through various techniques, ranging from joint mobilization and manipulations, to massage/soft tissue release, stretching, traction, and other nifty tricks.

Exercise Therapy/Active Recovery

The development of a meaningful and appropriate home or gym exercise program is key to a successful recovery. All of our physiotherapy treatment plans include an exercise component to enhance the benefits from each treatment session so your gains continue outside the clinic.
